Gateway Group Worldwide is looking for an experienced Real Estate Investment Advisor to guide high-net-worth clients through luxury residential and commercial property investments across our international markets.
Responsibilities
- Advise clients on premium property acquisitions and portfolio strategy
- Build and maintain relationships with developers and investors
- Conduct market research and prepare investment reports
- Manage the end-to-end transaction process
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in real estate sales or investment advisory
- Strong knowledge of the Dubai and international property markets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
